CAMPAIGN
Set-Up Fees:
- $95.00
per-hour scripting and programming rate. Initial and on-going
account activity.
- $15.00
per-hour staff and agent training rate. This is on-time
rate.
- $35.00
rate per-hour for account coordination and account services.
- Recruiting,
Training (1 week \ Trainee) & ‘Up-Training’
PER COST INCURRED
- $7,500
Security deposit fee for customers who choose provide
their own campaign agents & supervisors. This fee
will be credited following 120 days of service.
- If
campaign agents & supervisors provided by IAT a security
deposit equal to the following projected costs: (1) Two
weeks of labor & benefits. (2) One month of projected
telephone service. These fees will be credited following
120 days of service.
- Clerical/Administration
Fee billed at $0.10 per page.
- Weekly
billing for all Campaign fees, except telephone campaign
service calls are billed monthly.
CALL
CENTER Station Fees:
- $7.25
per hour, a total of two inbound and one outbound campaign.
4-hour daily minimum per station.
Volume
discount:
- $7.00
10 to 14 stations per week.
- $6.75
15 to 19 stations per week.
- $6.50
20 to 24 stations per week.
- $6.25
25 to 29 stations per week.
- $6.00
30 or more stations per week.
- Campaign
Direct Labor & Labor benefits as per cost incurred
plus 5% for administrative payroll costs (Agents &
Supervisors). Billed weekly.
- Waive
rate for voice-message option for campaign after hours.
- Campaign
telephone service calls for all Inbound and Outbound per
cost incurred. Billed monthly.
CUSTOMERS
CAMPAIGN PARAMETERS
- Wholly
responsible for compliance with all Federal and State
licensing and bonds applicable to their phone solicitation
campaign.
- Responsible
for the maintenance and the integrity of the facility
and equipment.
- Responsible
for the enforcement of the Call-Center and Office operational
guidelines provide by IAT, Inc.
- Responsible
for maintaining a professional atmosphere within the Call
Center and all other IAT facilities at all times.
