CAMPAIGN
Set-Up Fees:
- $95.00
per-hour scripting and programming rate. Initial and on-going
account activity.
- $35.00
rate per-hour for account coordination and account services.
- $5,000.00
Security deposit fee. This fee will be credited following
120 days of
service.
- If
campaign agents & supervisors provided by IAT a security
deposit equal to the following projected costs: (1) Two
weeks of labor & benefits. (2) One month of projected
telephone service. These fees will be credited following
120 days of service.
- Clerical/Administration
Fee billed at $0.10 per page.
- Weekly
billing for all Campaign fees, except telephone campaign
service calls are billed monthly.
OUTBOUND
CALLS On-Going Fees:
- 5
Cents per-CONTACT for outbound telemarketing services,
which covers the initial 499,000-Contacts per week. Contact
billing based on BCCPRO reports.
Volume
Discounts per Contact:
- 4.75
Cents 500,000 to 649,999 per week.
- 4.50
Cents 650,000 to 749,999 per week.
- 4.25
Cents 750,000 to 999,999 per week.
- 4
Cents 1,000,000 or more per week.
- Free
rate for data transmissions, this covers one daily transmission.
Additional transmission billed at $5.00 per transmission.
- $35.00
rate per-hour for account coordination and account services.
- Waive
rate for voice-message option for campaign after hours.
$750.00 minimum weekly billing.
IVR
CUSTOMERS CAMPAIGN PARAMETERS
- Wholly
responsible for compliance with all Federal and State
licensing and bonds applicable to their phone solicitation
campaign.
- Responsible
for the provisioning of contact-data for the maintenance
and the integrity of the outbound IVR campaign.
